Application Process:
1. Submit Application Form: Complete and submit the online application form through the Bahamas Baptist University School of Nursing Program website by the 15 May 2024 for Pre-Nursing Track 2. Provide Required Documents: Gather and submit all required documents, including academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and BGCSE certificates. 3. Attend Interview (if required): Applicants may be invited to participate in an interview as part of the admission process. Be prepared to discuss your academic background, professional goals, and reasons for pursuing a career in nursing. 4. Notification of Admission Decision: After completing the application process, applicants will be notified of their admission status via email or postal mail within four weeks of acceptance. Admission Requirements: Pre-Licensure Bachelor's Program: - Five BGCSE passes with grade 'C' or higher in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and one other subject. - Completion of 36 credit hours of BBUC's Pre-Nursing Program with an overall minimum grade point average of 2.50. - Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid from an approved provider. - Successful completion of an interview. - Completion of all General Education requirements before starting BSN coursework. Pre-Licensure Associate Degree: – Clinical Nurse Program - Three BGCSE passes with grade 'C' or higher in English, Mathematics, and one other science subject. - Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid from an approved provider. - Successful completion of an interview.
